Ingredients
- 4 beef burgers
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices tomato
- Crispy lettuce
- Red onion, peeled and sliced
- Tablespoons tomato relish
- Tablespoon sweet gerkins chopped
- Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
Combine all ingredients together, season with freshly ground black pepper.
- 3 sweet potatoes, washed and cut into chips
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- 2 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
Method
- Heat frying pan, add a little cooking oil.
- Season burgers with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Place on pan and cook for 5/7 minutes each side untill fully cooked.
- Toast buns under grill or on griddle pan.
Pickle Dressing
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients except oil, add the Potatoes and toss well add cooking oil and toss.
- Heat Airfryer to 200°c add Sweet Potatoes in batches do not overload and cook for 15/20 minutes (you can keep cooked potatoes in a warm oven at 70°c).
- To assemble: spread tomato relish on base bun, then lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, burger, spread pickle dressing on top bun and and place on burger.
- Serve with fries and dressed salad.
