Mags Roche's homemade granola: Today

Ingredients

  • 300g oats
  • 100g almonds/ pecans/ walnuts
  • 25g coconut
  • 30g cane sugar
  • 10g sea salt
  • 20g cocoa powder
  • 25g coconut oil
  • 200g maple or golden syrup
  • 50g dark chocolate (chopped)

Method

  1. Melt oil and maple syrup
  2. Mix all ingredients except the dark chocolate and cook at 180g 20mins
  3. Once cooled add your chopped dark chocolate.
  4. Serve as a topping on porridge or along with fruit and yogurt. Granola will stay fresh in an airtight container for up to 2-3 weeks
