Ingredients
- 300g oats
- 100g almonds/ pecans/ walnuts
- 25g coconut
- 30g cane sugar
- 10g sea salt
- 20g cocoa powder
- 25g coconut oil
- 200g maple or golden syrup
- 50g dark chocolate (chopped)
Method
- Melt oil and maple syrup
- Mix all ingredients except the dark chocolate and cook at 180g 20mins
- Once cooled add your chopped dark chocolate.
- Serve as a topping on porridge or along with fruit and yogurt. Granola will stay fresh in an airtight container for up to 2-3 weeks
